POLICY
Our products are shipped through courier services DHL and DPD.
Within Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) the flat rate shipping cost is 15,00 €. Delivery time can take up to 3 – 4 working days.
Shipping to other countries of the EU the flat rate shipping cost is 25,00 €. Delivery time can take up to 5 – 6 working days.
For international shipping costs and delivery time please contact us by sending us an email to hello@pillowvilla.com.
Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties or taxes and customs or clearance charges may be payable in the recipient’s country and are solely the responsibility of the recipient. They will not be refunded by us.
Please note depending on the courier and COVID-19 situation delivery times may vary.

OR RETURN
Return of Goods of good quality
You may return any Goods purchased at the Store within 14 (fourteen) calendar days as of its receipt. Returns can be made without giving any reason, i.e., by exercising your right of withdrawal from a distance agreement as granted to you by the Lithuanian and EU laws.
If you wish to return the Goods of good quality without giving any reason (i.e., for reasons other than improper quality of the Goods), you must immediately, but in no event later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days as of receipt of the Goods, contact the Seller by email and attach a proof of purchase.

In this case, the Goods must be returned to the Seller at Vytauto g. 4A, Šilutė, LT-99176 no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days as of the receipt of the Goods, they must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, with tags/labels, and be of merchantable quality.
If you withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason (i.e., for reasons other than improper quality of the Goods), the Seller will after the receipt of the Goods returned, refund the money you paid for the Goods and their delivery to your bank account. The costs of return shipping will be covered by you.
Return of Goods that are not of satisfactory quality
If the Goods purchased at the Store are not of satisfactory quality, you may either request in accordance with, and within the time-limits established by, the laws that the Seller eliminate the defects free of charge, replace the defective Goods, reduce the price accordingly, or return the Goods, and we will refund the money you paid for them.
If it is determined by the Seller that the Goods are not of satisfactory quality (for this purpose you should provide the Seller with detailed description of the defect, indicate the time and circumstances in which the defect has been detected, attach pictures and other related information that will enable the Seller to determine the defect) and the Seller decides to take back the defected Goods, the Goods shall be returned to the Seller at Vytauto g. 4A, Šilutė, LT-99176.

If you return the Goods that are not of satisfactory quality, the Seller will, no later than within 10 (ten) working days as of the date of return of the Goods, replace at its own cost and expense such Goods with another item of satisfactory quality or refund the money paid for the Goods, including the costs of their delivery and return shipping, to your bank account.
